Adjusting to life with recently diagnosed three year old with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (as told by his mom, Michelle)

11.08.2005

all's well right now. not for long. guess what's coming up...decadron week...actually, it's not until the 21st but i'm already dreading it. he still has remnants of the cough. i thought it had gone away. i forgot to mention, his thing right now is the show ghosthunters on a&e. i love that show. turns out my son shares my taste. i'm probably gonna buy us some of the clothing from the website for x-mas. he's gonna love it!!! we ran into a guy chris knows at wal-mart who looks similar to the lead ghosthunting guy on the show & caleb was like "can i go with you to your house?" it was hilarious!?! the guy didn't have a clue to what ghosthunters was & caleb was like "he's from ghosthunters". the second choice on the make a wish app was for meeting the power rangers, but i'm gonna see if he would want to meet the ghosthunters instead in case disneyworld doesn't pan out. caitlyn's been really good too. she's at the age where she loves ponies & wants one of her own. they went to my school's fall fling & they got to ride a pony. she took to riding it as if she was born on the saddle. it was too cute!?! my aunt's sister in law has a miniature horse at her ranch & has invited us in the past to go. we're just waiting on the go ahead from the doctor...currently there are no restrictions but he still has yet to ok daycare (which i don't want to do just yet, with the cold seaon just arriving) & a long time ago he told us not to get new animals...but i wanted to see if the ranch would be o.k...
